4 easy steps!
1. CHECK AVAILABILITY
Check the availability and cost of your holiday. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday unless agreed with us separately. Always speak to us if you have specific requirements and we will adjust if we can.
2. MAKE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING
To provisionally reserve the dates of your choice, contact us. We will check and confirm availability and price to you. If the dates are available, they will be held for a maximum of 7 days pending receipt of a deposit or full payment. We endeavour to maintain the availability up to date on the website.
3. READ OUR Terms and Conditions.
4. COMPLETE AND RETURN THE BOOKING FORM WITH PAYMENT
Download and print the Booking Form. Complete the form and post it to us along with payment (or scan/photograph the form and email it to us). We will require a landline and mobile contact number for you, as shown on the form.
Guests can pay by any of the following methods:
* Personal cheque in £ sterling only
* Bank transfer (contact us for details)
* Credit Card via our Owners Direct web page
If you book more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, please send a £120 deposit for each full week.
If you book less than 8 weeks before your arrival date, please send the full amount.
If you are sending a deposit you may wish to also send a post-dated cheque for the remaining balance.
The full balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date, unless you are taking advantage of a last minute break or special offer.
What happens next?
Upon receipt of your booking form and payment, written confirmation of the reservation will be sent to you within a few days. The confirmation will state the balance outstanding and the date that it is due to be paid.
On receipt of the final balance of payment 8 weeks before your arrival date, a final confirmation will be sent to you along with detailed directions to Flax Mill and instructions as to how to collect the keys and gain access.
